Jan-Dieter Spalink

Jan-Dieter is a technology visionary with a long history of entrepreneurial leadership. Jan-Dieter's experience includes Founder and CTO of online market intelligence company Plurimus (formerly Foveon), and President & CEO of network-based information processing company Augment Inc. Previously Jan-Dieter held technical and management positions with Alcatel Network Systems, MCI Telecommunications, and AT&T Bell Labs. Jan-Dieter has a PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University in Germany.
Daniel Kauffman

Daniel brings to Truveon broad management and technical experience across the energy sector, with specific expertise in commercializing new energy technology. Prior to Truveon, Daniel held various positions within Siemens and Schlumberger focused on strategy and operations, most recently as Director of Strategy for Siemens Smart Grid Applications. Daniel has an MBA with Honors from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Engineering Management from Duke University.
Latham Grimes

Latham brings a focus on residential real estate to his role in overseeing project execution at Truveon. Prior to Truveon, Latham gained valuable experience in construction and real estate development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Latham is also a licensed attorney and practiced law at Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson in Charlotte for six years. Latham has a JD and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Randall Nortman

Randall is a technologist with practical, multidisciplinary expertise in software and database systems design, electrical engineering, and building systems. Randall is an experienced technology entrepreneur, now on his third start-up, and is responsible for the development and maintenance of Truveon's technology. Randall studied Physics and Computer Science at the University of Chicago.
